A Wandering Sonoma Wedding: An Intimate Winery Elopement for Two Grooms

Some days unfold with their own sweet rhythm. For this intimate, wine country wedding, we drifted through a handful of small Sonoma wineries, tasting as we went, letting the California sun set the pace. There was no schedule, no audience — just two people enjoying a day that felt authentically theirs.

At one stop, tucked between vines and golden light, they decided this was the place. A short exchange of vows, a couple of flowers pinned to their shirts, and suddenly the day became a wedding. Nothing staged, nothing formal — just joy, ease, and a moment that fit them perfectly.
