WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS
You will find a mix of celebrations here: wine country estates, cozy coastal gatherings, City Hall ceremonies, and destination weddings from Hawai‘i to Venice. The pace, the people, and the light are always different, but the intention is the same — to tell the story of the day as it unfolds.
I take a limited number of weddings each year so every couple receives full attention and thoughtful, consistent editing.

ENGAGEMENT & PROPOSALS
Proposals are fast, emotional, and full of unrehearsed joy. Some are carefully planned; others unfold in the moment. My role is simple: stay out of the way, read the light, and capture the reaction without intruding.

For engagements, we choose a place where you can relax — the beach, your neighborhood, a favorite hike — and create a mix of candid and lightly guided portraits.
FAMILIES & CHILDREN
Family sessions are easy, playful, and built around movement. Kids climb driftwood, splash at the shoreline, or run through the trees; parents get to breathe and be in the photos for once.

I have photographed families in Pacifica and the Bay Area for nearly two decades, and I keep sessions simple: good light, a familiar spot, and enough space for real moments to happen.
BABIES
The first months move quickly, and photographs help keep a small piece of that time. Baby sessions are quiet, flexible, and led entirely by the baby — feedings, pauses, and all. Most sessions take place at home, where everyone is most comfortable.
KIDS & TEENS
These sessions are relaxed and personality-driven. We choose a spot where kids can explore and teens can be themselves — parks, trails, backyards, or the beach. No stiff posing, no forced smiles, just genuine expressions and room to play.
PORTRAITS, HEADSHOTS, DATING
Portraits work best when people feel comfortable, so we keep things simple: natural light, minimal equipment, and a location that fits your style. These sessions are great for professional headshots, creative portraits, or dating profiles. Clear direction is always given, but nothing feels rigid or staged.
Over the years I have photographed surf breaks, ski races, youth teams, and outdoor events across California and Colorado. These galleries highlight a mix of candid action and editorial-style storytelling for families, schools, and personal projects.
