I am Jody Holman, a boutique photographer based in Pacifica, California with more than twenty years of experience documenting weddings, proposals, and private celebrations in hotels and destination properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa and Sonoma, Carmel, and beyond.
My approach is refined and unobtrusive. My work is guided by natural light, quiet direction, and an editorial sensibility that allows moments to unfold without interruption. I focus on creating beautiful photographs while keeping the experience effortless for both guests and venue teams. I am particularly at ease capturing moments that feel both elegant and true.

The Couples I Serve
Many of the couples I work with are intentional planners who value both experience and artistry.
I often photograph intimate hotel weddings, partial-day celebrations, weekday events, destination stays, and proposals that evolve into engagement sessions.
I have built a long-standing relationship with LGBTQ+ couples and families and photograph all clients with the same attentiveness and care.
Hospitality and Wine-Country Familiarity
I photograph regularly in wine country and understand how private celebrations must integrate seamlessly into working properties. In addition to my photography work, I hold my Certified Specialist of Wine credential and work with WISE Academy, which gives me a strong understanding of hospitality environments, guest experience standards, and the rhythms that shape winery and hotel operations.
