LGBTQ+ Welcome
Everyone deserves to feel comfortable, respected, and fully themselves. in front of a lens. I have spent years photographing people across the Bay Area, Napa, Sonoma, Pacifica, and San Francisco — and one thing has remained consistent: when people feel welcome, the photographs feel honest.
This page exists for one simple reason: so you do not have to wonder whether you will be accepted here. You already are.

How I Work
Sessions are guided by natural light and gentle direction. We choose locations that allow ease — shaded parks, calm corners of the Presidio, quiet stretches of coastline when the weather cooperates. You tell me how you want your family named or how you want to be addressed. I follow your lead.

Who Hires Holman Photography
-
Couples planning weddings or elopements and wanting a photographer who understands chosen family, nontraditional ceremony styles, and privacy.
-
Families who want their children — of any identity or expression — to feel comfortable during portraits.
-
Teens and young adults seeking portraits that affirm who they are and how they want to be seen.
-
Individuals updating headshots or dating profiles who want a gentle, encouraging environment.
-
Anyone who has ever wondered, even briefly, whether a photographer would “get” them.
Privacy, Always
Some clients want their images shared; many do not. Both choices are honored without question. Sessions can take place in low-traffic areas, in your home, or anywhere you feel most yourself.

We will choose a setting that feels right for you. The setting matters less than how you feel in it, which is why we choose together.
